TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All time frames are business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding any holidays.

  • Understand that any custom/personalized orders are NOT returnable/refundable. 
  • Non customizable items must be returned in unopened/unaltered packaging.
  • For returns of non custom items we must be contacted within 24 HOURS of delivery for a return and items must be returned within 7 days of your return shipping label being emailed to you.
  • You must request a cancellation within 12 HOURS of your purchase. We will not cancel any orders after 12 hours. 
  • Please be sure that all spelling is correct before ordering any personalized items. We will not refund for spelling errors that are not made by us.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking that will be updated on your order once shipped.
  • Please see individual listings for our Turn Around Time.
  • If you have any issues with your order after delivery you must contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery. We cannot assist with any issues after that time frame. 
  • Please allow at least 24 hours for a response from us.
  • We are not responsible for postal delays and will not refund/accept returns due to them.

A large majority of our products are 3D printed and below we've provided some basic information so you can get a better understanding of what that is!

The Rainbow Feather 3D prints with an eco-friendly material called PLA, which is a non-toxic and biodegradable plastic made from plant-based materials, usually corn or sugar cane. The process of 3D printing is the filament is heated up to over 200 degrees Celsius and then lays down layers as small as .1 mm. This technique does leave semi-visible lines on the design but generally they are not largely noticeable. Despite the tiny tiny layers this process does create not only a lightweight product but also something that is going to last you for years and is very durable.

ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE IN THE USA

Everything we do and make here at The Rainbow Feather is entirely handmade by us. We do all work in our workshop and all designs are done by us, made in our shop, and then put together by hand. Each and every order is inspected and then packaged by a person not a machine. As a result of this, each piece may vary slightly and have slight imperfections from one item to the next. These imperfections do not hinder your product nor are they substantial to where they are blatantly noticeable. Any imperfections make your item unique and no two will be exactly the same.

The pictures we use are our real products made by us and we strive to give a view from different angles to give a good idea of our products on our site. All measurements and description on our site are as accurate as we can give but due to the nature of everything being handmade may be off very slightly but generally not noticeable at all. Each and every order will be inspected before it is packaged for shipping to fix any imperfections that can be fixed. Any minute flaws that still exist cannot be altered and will remain as apart of the handmade process. Please understand that we try to provide as much accuracy as possible and strive to remain 100% transparent with everything we do.

If you have an issue with your order please reach out via email shoprainbowfeather@yahoo.com within 24 HOURS of delivery. When emailing about an issue please include as many pictures as you can of both the product and the packaging so we can determine if this was damage accrued during shipping. We will need as much information as possible for any claims to be files. Please do not alter your item in any way.
